Keystage 1 SATs: Advice for Parents
Children in year 2, the final year of keystage 1, are beginning their SATs tests today. These tests will be done in school over the next few weeks.
What are they all about?
The SATs tests are standardised tests done by children in England to measure their progress and the standard of the school. Students are assessed in English and arithmetic, and unlike secondary school public examinations, all the marking is assessed in school.
Please see this video for more information.
