Churchill Gardens students visited Cadogan Hall

Churchill Gardens’ students from year 4 and 5 were lucky enough to see a performance of Ravel's Sleeping Beauty at Cadogan Hall last term.
One student, Raisha, also got the chance to conduct the orchestra! She said:
"When I went to Cadogan Hall and was conducting the orchestra I didn't really feel scared, but inside I was a bit nervous. While I was conducting them I felt like a master and a leader. I couldn't believe that when I moved the baton they would all do whatever the music script said!"
Churchill Gardens has a close relationship with the Royal College of Music, and regularly participates in a choir at St Gabriel's Church, alonside a few other local primary schools.
